To exercise their right of withdrawal and make a return, Rampal Latour invites the Customer to contact Customer Service, which will indicate the procedure to follow and issue a return slip to be completed.
Return under the right of withdrawal:
The Customer may change their mind and cancel their order for any reason within 15 days of receiving the Products themselves or the recipient of the order.
If the Customer chooses to cancel their order, Rampal Latour will exchange the Products or refund the Customer:
a. the order amount corresponding to the cancellation for the Products
b. the delivery costs incurred by the Customer for the shipment of the Products within a maximum period of thirty (30) working days from the date of withdrawal.
If the Customer chooses to cancel their order, they have 15 days from the date of notification to Rampal Latour of their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal to return the Products in question to Rampal Latour at their own expense, provided they are in perfect condition. Rampal Latour will not reimburse return shipping costs (costs incurred by the Customer to return the Products), and if the Products are not returned, we may charge you for the costs we incurred in recovering them.
In case of a problem, Rampal Latour invites the Client to contact Customer Service directly and only.
Return for any other reason:
Any product return not resulting from the exercise of a warranty or the right of withdrawal, particularly in the case of a product defect, must be subject to a formal agreement between the Customer and Rampal Latour. This will result, where applicable, in the issuance of a credit note to the Customer. Return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
Return method:
In all cases, the Products must be returned in their original packaging, with any promotional gifts sent in the order, if applicable, unused, and accompanied by the duly completed return form.
