Free delivery to a relay point is offered for any order of €69 or more (of products) to mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco), Belgium , and Luxembourg , for a parcel weighing less than or equal to 20kg .

Delivery locations

Rampal Latour delivers Product parcels in metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco), and in EUROPE: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.

The Products will be sent to the delivery address provided by the Customer during the ordering process. During the ordering process, RAMPAL LATOUR informs the Customer of the available shipping options and delivery times for the purchased Products. Delivery charges are inclusive of all taxes (VAT).

The Products will be packaged in accordance with current transport standards to ensure maximum protection during delivery. Furthermore, we use recycled cardboard and other recycled materials in our packaging as part of our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach.

Product delivery time

The indicative delivery time by COLISSIMO is D+2 for mainland France, D+3 for nearby Europe and from D+3 to D+7 for more distant destinations after the parcel is made available by Rampal Latour at La Poste.

The indicative delivery time by DPD is D+1 to D+2 for mainland France, D+2 for nearby Europe and D+3 to D+6 for more distant Europe after the parcel is made available by Rampal Latour to DPD.

Rampal Latour makes the parcels available to the carriers between 1 and 3 working days after order confirmation (this period may be slightly longer during periods of high activity).

These delivery times are calculated from the moment you place your order before 12:00, for an item in stock, and provided that you pay by credit card.

Product delivery methods

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your package. A shipping estimate is available in your shopping cart before you confirm your order. The available shipping methods are:

  • La Poste - Colissimo Home Delivery without signature
  • La Poste - Colissimo Home Delivery with signature
  • Post Office - Collection point (at the Post Office, at a Pickup relay point, or at a Pickup locker)
  • DPD Relay

If the recipient does not collect their package within the time frame specified by the postal service, it will be returned to our warehouse and the delivery charges will be billed to the customer. The products will either be refunded or reshipped. In the event of a dispute concerning the delivery itself, the postal service's tracking system will be considered conclusive evidence unless the customer provides proof to the contrary.

Upon delivery

You must check the condition of the delivered goods upon arrival of the package and before signing the delivery receipt. If the delivered items are damaged or missing, you must refuse the package and note this on the delivery slip.

RAMPAL LATOUR is responsible until the Product is delivered to the Customer. The Customer is reminded that they have three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss observed upon delivery.

Delivery delay

It is specified that deliveries are made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If delivery is not made within this timeframe, the Customer must formally request RAMPAL LATOUR to deliver within a reasonable period.

In this regard, the Customer may send an email to bel@rampal-latour.fr or a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: RAMPAL LATOUR – Customer Services – 71 rue Felix Pyat – 13300 Salon de Provence.

If delivery is not made within this period, the Client may terminate the contract.

No later than fourteen (14) days from the termination of these Terms and Conditions, RAMPAL LATOUR will reimburse the Customer for the total amount paid for the Products, including taxes and delivery charges, using the same payment method used by the Customer to purchase the Products.
