How do I sign up for the loyalty program?

Go to the "My Account" section to create your account and join the program. If you already have an account, simply log in to get started.

I already have an account with you, how do I log in to my loyalty account?

If you already have an account, log in to your existing account to activate your participation in the loyalty program. You can log in here: https://rampal-latour.fr/account/login

Transfer of existing loyalty points

Were you already registered with our loyalty program? Your points balance has been successfully transferred to the new interface. You can find details of your points balance in the "My Account" section.

EARN POINTS

Earn points with every purchase

For every euro spent, you earn 1 point. These points are added immediately to your balance and can be exchanged for rewards.

Complete missions to earn bonus points

To earn extra points, complete missions!

How can I check my points balance?

Check your points balance in the "My Account" section or directly on the dedicated loyalty page to see your current total.

REWARDS

Exchange points for rewards

Redeem your accumulated points for unique rewards, such as promotional codes, discounts, or free products. Select your reward on the loyalty page and use the code at checkout.

How can I use my accumulated points?

The code obtained can only be used on the website rampal-latour.com

You can redeem your points for rewards by visiting the loyalty page. Identify the reward for which you have reached the required number of points, then click "Redeem".

SPONSORSHIP

Refer and save

Invite your friends to discover our products. Give them €10 off their first order and receive €10 off yourself. Enter their email address in the referral section of your account so they receive a unique code.

Please note, this only works if your friend has never placed an order with us!

How does the sponsorship system work?

By entering your friends' email addresses in the referral section of your account, your friends will receive €10 off their first order, and you will also receive €10 off.
