A Provencal SME with the oldest soap-making expertise, awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label since 2016, a distinction granted by the French State to companies with excellent artisanal or industrial know-how, Rampal Latour manufactures authentic Marseille soap and ranges of certified organic products locally and responsibly, which are safe and sound for people and the environment.

Since 1828 and the Gold medal won by the Rampals at the Paris Universal Exhibition in 1900, 5 generations of master soap makers have succeeded each other in Salon-de-Provence, the City of Soap Makers. It is in our modern factory, inaugurated in 2016, that our soaps are made today, while our historic factory, the cradle of our family adventure, has been transformed into a veritable cabinet of curiosities. Both sites can be visited all year round, by reservation directly on our website.

Discover our premium Marseille soap, a cult product of Provence and the French art of living, made in our cauldrons according to the traditional "à la Marseillaise" method. Thanks to two registered patents, our manufacturing process consumes 4 times less water and 7 times less energy, based on short formulas composed of 72% vegetable oil, without dyes or preservatives. It naturally preserves up to 7% of vegetable glycerine, with moisturizing properties, for a real benefit to the skin. We are proud to offer you our authentic and softer Marseille soap.
